1. Right to Return Products
In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, except for exceptions provided by law.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be:
- unused and undamaged;
- in original, undamaged packaging;
- opened food supplement packages are non-returnable, except in cases where the product is defective.
3. Return Process
Notify us of the return by email or phone. Fill out the provided form or specify in a free-form request: the order number, name of the product being returned, and the reason.
4. Return Costs
Direct return costs are covered by the buyer, unless the product is returned due to poor quality.
5. Refunds
Money is refunded within 14 days from the date of product return using the same method by which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or the ECC-Net network.
