1. Can I pick up items myself?
Yes. Items can be picked up in Klaipeda, at Minijos st. 140 (stairs down from the main street side). We also deliver via parcel lockers and couriers.
2. How can I find out when my order will arrive?
The order confirmation includes an estimated delivery date. You will also receive a shipment tracking number. We usually ship orders the same or next business day. For pre-orders, items are typically shipped within 2-5 business days.
3. Can I change my order after placing it?
If the items haven’t been shipped yet, contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
4. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us immediately by email or phone. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
